  1. Relationship Driven:  First and foremost, I am a relationship person.  I’m not after the single listing or the sale, I am looking to establish relationships with my clients.  As we get acquainted, I’ll learn your short-term and long-term real estate ambitions and I will help make it a reality.
  2. One-on-One Support:  As I mention on my other web pages, when you ask for help, you get me!  When you call, you get me!  I’ll work one-on-one with you throughout the entire buying, selling or management process.
  3. Experience:  I have been in this industry for about two decades.  I’ve worked through the good times and the bad.  I understand what makes houses sell in any market and what offers will be most likely considered by sellers….. even in our existing brisk market.
  4. More than an Agent:  I offer many unique services beyond a typical buyer or seller agent.  For example, many of my clients use my property management, Air BnB or hard asset portfolio management services so they don’t have to deal with it but will reap the rewards.
